The weekend days have been changed to Fri-Sat instead of Thu-Fri.

The royal decree has been released that states this change applicable with immediate effect.

The decree doesn't address its application timeframe on private companies. All they've said is about govt ministries, subsidiaries, bodies (CMA etc) and financial institutions.
