i am a US expat working for Aramco. I am from New Orleans, Louisiana and as you can imagine going from having a lot to do too nothing is a bit challenging. I am looking for recomendations and people to meet so I can network and meet new people. I am a excellent cook an like to have fun. i line going to Bahrain to eat and enjoy "adult beverages" at least once a month. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would advise you to visit Dubai. it is approximately 1000 KM by car from Dammam.
