Cost of living in Dar es salaam

What will be the cost of living in Dar es Salaam.

I have a family of 3 ; me , my wife and a son of 8 yrs of age.

1. Rental for a fully furnished 2-3 bedroom apartment in a good area with security etc.
2. Cost of household grocery per month
3. Cost of utilities ( electricity / water etc. ) per month
4. Cost of child education in indian / international school per month
5. Any other miscellaneous expenses

Please let me know the cost in USD.

Also pls suggest anything else important to be kept in mind while negotiating salary with the employer.

Rental 2/3 bedroom - approx $1200-2000 per month
House hold grocery- Approx $ 500/month
Electricity if you ar using Geyser,ACs etc $75-100/month
Education- $ 1000 approx a month in international school
Indian CBSE $600
Internet $25
Maids-$50
Transport $ 150
