Our client, a young and dynamic travel organization, is located right in the heart of Hamburg. The company offers cruise-trips and operates one of the most well-known cruise platforms in the internet. With more than 20.000 passengers in 2011 they belong to one of the fastest growing organizations in Europe.  Moreover, our client is very proud of the great atmosphere within the company and offers numerous opportunities for personal development.

Your tasks:
•    Customer service via telephone and e-mail
•    Consulting and sales tasks
•    Management of entire booking process
•    Correspondance with various cruise operators
•    Implementation of quality standards

Your profile:
•    Fluency in French (native level) and good understanding in English
•    Working experience as a travel agent, alternatively you have experience within the cruise business; e.g. working on a ship
•    You have good IT skills
•    You have an outgoing personality, tourism is your passion
•    Working on weekends is no problem for you (max.2 times per month)
