Good sites for job search in Italy?

Hello everybody, could someone advise some good sites for job-searching in Italy (in English)? I am not in Italy yet, so intend to try to find something via internet before coming.

Also, from your personal experience, is it possible to find something that way at all? What is the situation with the jobs over there?

Your kind advise woudl be much appreciated! :-)

monsters.it iq pretty good... i set 5 interviews from Canada before taking a trip here but i found that company are skeptic to see resume' from abroad. I download a "soft phone" from the internet and set up a VOIP italian phone number from Eutelia website to "pretend" i was in Italy already... just a trick... when they called me i just advided that i would be in Italy in 3-4 weeks for the interview. Personally in 2 month search i had 5 job offers in Italy, in Canada i sent much more remumès (4-500) but i could not get any interwies... it depend in which filed you work i guess...
