Hi everyone , does anyone know of a landlord or landlords that are pet friendly ? - I know there are thousands of properties to let in Malta but finding owners that are willing to allow a dog seems a little more difficult ! - we're looking at the St Paul's Bay Area initially !

We had a hard time finding a pet friendly landlord on our own, we used Mauricio/Joe at Doors Real Estate eventually. They were the best of the bunch...most didn't even call us back once we mentioned dogs....or came back with outrageous amounts!!!! The number is +356 79584888. Also, l think user name socialwhirl says her landlord has units available that are dog friendly., but shei is in Mellieha

It is more difficult, might take a few extra days, but surely do-able. We are living in SPB at the moment and have a dog. This place was the 4th one we saw and after checking on another one in the South we decided to take this one. Took us roughly 3 days to find it. Rent diddn't change due to the fact that we have a dog, only 1 item was added to the standard contract - in case the neighbours were complaining, the landlord has the right to give us the notice and ask to move out prior to the 6 months lease expiry. We dealt with Darren in Dhalia (Buggiba office), he is very busy , but also very professional. I also have to recommend Justin in Frank Salt's Marsaskala office - extremely polite, helpful & attentive.
