I am considering to move to Latvia , but i do not know the procedures or the required papers, certificates, etc..
Is there any agent for immigration or its self efforts ?
Any one gone through the procedures can help me plz

The best place to start is the PMLP office website - http://www.pmlp.gov.lv/en/ - it should have information on getting a residence permit (which is what you will probably need to stay here longer than 90 days)
