It can be pretty high,

Unless you get some cheaper student accommodation then you can expect to pay 4000 to 6000 Norwegian kroner monthly for accommodation when you share the flat with others.

Then comes food , transportation - you would probably need 1500 to 2000 kroner monthly for food.

IT ALL DEPENDS.....what you eat, how many live in the flat etc.

I would say 8000 Norwegian kroner monthly , which is about 1000 Euro or more.

You can also spend 2000 euro monthly in Norway if you go to cafes , buy much clothes etc - you dont get much for your money in Norway, but there are discount supermarkets and 2nd hand (used) shops for furniture and clothes.
