Am Germany with my Husband non eu and our one kid planing to move. How does the resident registeretion work what does we need for the immigration before to register and get our resident permit do we need work contract or money in account.please advice.

First , What is your kid's nationality ?

If your kid is German Citizen it not very hard to migrate , But if you are non EU person its lot to do. Please visit to http://www.iom.sk/ and check the requirement based on your category.
