Suggestion for my travel to Prague, Warsaw & Budapest

Dear all,

I will be traveling to Prague, Warsaw & Budapest this August for about 2 weeks.
Since my time is limited, I need some suggestions about the places i should visit there (old buildings, historical & cultural places, castle etc) and especially some infos about the culinary tourism.
Any information will be useful for me. Thanks.

I think that you have to Stay in Prague & Budapest more days than in Warsaw.... you'll miss Krakow :-/
