Hello All,

We, family of 2 Adults & 2 young daughters, looking for an apartment or villa in a compound.

Our budget range is SR 45000 - 85000/=

We are not in a hurry & can wait for a nice option to get vacant.

Appreciate any sort of help.

The compound in that range, will mean to have just a boundary with merely a few facilities. Try expatriates.com, you need to do the filtering but at-times one can get a good deal,

We checked delta 1, it was for 75k & was very old construction, do u have anyone's contact no. From where we may check for delta 2 availability??
