Moving to HCMC and need an apartment

Post new topic

JonasDK

Hey,

I am a 20 year old danish guy, and I've got a job in hcmc from late August.
I will move next week, and live with a friend until i find a suitable apartment myself.
My job will be in District 2, so i guess D2 or Bin Thanh district will be best.
About the price im hoping to find something between 200 and 500 us dollars.
A room in a shared house/flat could also be an option.

Pool and Gym would be a plus, but is not necessary.

Do anyone have a contact, that could help me find a nice and modern apartment?

And should i have xtra attention on something, while finding apartment in hcmc?

Thank you for your help

Hi Danish,

Welcome to Saigon, it's the real city that never sleep .

There are many Residences in D.2 and the one I think that might match your requirement is Cantavil An Phu, 1-2bedroom unit , about $500 pm and above. And course yes, a swimming pool and gymnasium in the compound for the Tenants. Loads of facilities around and a massive expat community that can provide you the tips/ practical infor for surviving and exploring the city as well.

Just drop me a line when you land in Saigon, I am pleased to help you make the viewing appointment at Cantavil if you want to.

Hi Jonas!

I would suggest you to post an advert in the Ho Chi Minh City housing section.
It might help.
