Hi,

For the ones living in Florida, what would you suggest to discover the region?

When you have friends or family visiting you, where do you go with them? What are the must-see places in Florida, the tourist sites?

How to visit the region in an original way? Any unusual or unknown place to recommend?

What would you suggest for a couple of days of for a week of holidays in Florida?

Florida is theme park country why don't you offer your visitors to travel places like Disney world Epcot Daytona beach magical kingdom etc. all these places are my all time favorite.

When i visited florida in 2009, of course my favorite place to go all the time was the BEACH lol but has we all know florida is know for DISNEY WORLD, BUT let me tell you guys that's not the only fun place to visit. SEA WORLD was AWESOME. i loved sea world, i think people who visit florida should at least go to sea world and it's not as expensive as disney lol even tho disney has it's own sea world and other fun places but yea it was wonderful.

If you can step away from Orlando and the theme parks there is some real beauty in Florida!

We have lived on Miami Beach and we enjoyed the Boat tour that went out of Bayside around the homes of the rich and famous. Miami Beach itself is quite the destination for people-watching and sun-bathing.
I also LOVE Key West. They have a sunset festival every night with Covent-Garden style acts and activities to entertain the crowds as the sunsets!
We are fans of the West gulf coast too - Sanibel and Captiva are beautiful unspoiled islands. Naples is a busier city with beautiful beaches and great Mercato area and quaint downtown, Dolphin-watching rides
Everglades - an airboat ride out though the alligators was quite a thrill!

I think we have all established Florida has beautiful beaches. But there is more to FL than the beach. The Everglades provide an amazing opportunity to see nature.

There is a new domed stadium in Miami for the baseball team. I will report back in more detail after I visit it in 2015. Something to look forward to.
