Hi,

For the ones living in Liberia, what would you suggest to discover the country?

When you have friends or family visiting you, where do you go with them? What are the must-see places in Liberia, the tourist sites?

How to visit the country in an original way? Any unusual or unknown place to recommend?

What would you suggest for a couple of days of for a week of holidays in Liberia?

Thank you in advance for participating. ;)

Julie, you have to go see Chimpanzee Island.  it is not well know but worth the trip by canoe on the farmington river.   Just drive to marshall (behind the roberts Airport).  the road is straight and you continue driving until you reach the river.  there are very nice young men to take you across.  You cannot land on the island but you can come quite close.  take lots of bananas to throw to them and palm nuts.  there is a guy who takes care of them and when he sees you he will come over. The trip costs $10.00 per person.
