Please describe your apartment and give us the area where it is located as well.
Most important is the price of the rent and the utilities...
Please specify everything to help us make a decision...because there are hundreds of people looking for deals like this...lol

Please give us an idea on the area where you are located at least so that we might determine the convenience and if you would, post the cost including the utilities...
