Terence will decide what's the next step and if he needs a hand to finish up the meeting, I proposed to help.
I don't see any complication there.

Let's wait till Terence reads the last posts.

Ok Guys,

It was our decision to finalize the date and theme on 10th April, so here we go. I can see most are in favour of Isla Mauritia on Saturday so we go ahead with the date and theme:
ISLA MAURITIA 24TH APRIL

lets start taking the count so that we can good rate.

Just a recommendation...

Why don't we rent a catamaran for the day and go swimming with the dolphins - something I've always wanted to do.  This starts early in the morning and will finish by noon.  Those who can't make it in the morning due to work can join us for a beach BBQ at that point.

Thoughts?

OK Terence we'll go with Isla Mauritia but we need to know as quick as possible how many people we can gather so please insist for a quick count.

If you wish I can arrange with them for the booking but we need a final count, I'd say by the 15th at latest so that I can negotiate a good price: the more people the cheapest it will be.

I'll relay the information on the french side

Guys,
Please give in your names for Isla Mauritius day trip on saturday 24th April. Lets make it a fun trip, if someone likes to wear costumes like the pirates, etc it would bring more fun.
I personally would like to see Arlette and Melessia do the Sega dance.
Cheers

Hi Arlette,

If you don't get a sufficent count, then you will not get a good rate for Isla Mauritius. Please PM me the situation today evening, we can always go with " Bring and Share- Barbecue" theme with a different location. The idea of this meet is only to meet everyone from the blog and have fun.
Cheeers!!
