how to completely move on?

I think the best way is to tell us all what you're running from and exactly what you did that you want to deny.

I'm not denying I don't what  you are on about.
Need more information before we can assist you.

Sometimes it's hard to move on, but life changes all the time.  Don't worry too much about losing all the good TV shows.  There will be another good one some day.

It's very easy.  Especially now with more channels than ever.

I googled "The Man That Cant Be Move" and got pictures of fat dudes.

Simple...

Make a daily ritual of going in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eyes and say.

"I accept 100% responsibility for every event in my life.".

Say it 50 or more times, then go about your day. Do this for at least 7 days in a row.

In the days to come all of the things you have not been taking responsibility for will show up in your life. Have fun!

No one ever said spiritual growth was easy.

Next forgive yourself and forgive the other person. This one is hard. No mater what they did to you...forgive them.

No mater what you thought you might have done wrong....
Forgive yourself.

Next see the beauty in what you are and in the world around you. And be thankful in whatever you have now.

The only thing which works is to have a complete control on your feelings and emotions, rather than being in control of them. Its a bit difficult but its possible. Be objective, set your priorities and have a good time with friends and family.

keep moving,sis. Dont give him/her the satisfction of seeing you suffer. You will see when u start a single step,you will realize that life itself has a lot to offer.and at this moment in time,its not yet a good a idea to look back, keep moving forward.help yourself.moving on id a decission.just look back to that painful experience only when you are strong enough not to be drag back.it will take time.pray.pray harder.
