Hi I'm Keith and I have just been told I was successful at interview with NIS and i am going to be offered a job in Taraz. I currently work in London and would like to know if anyone else ids teaching there so i can ask some questions about life there.
It's physically impossible to talk to anyone who has worked for NIS in Taraz as no one has ever worked there. It's a brand new location & the last I heard, it's not scheduled to open until Dec.
IDC is right, it's a new campus. I was there in July for a visit. They had local teachers, students, and a completed building so I am fairly certain of a September and not a December start date
I was told by both a teaching recruiter and NIS staff that there were no positions available for any teachers in Taraz this year. Maybe you will go to Ust Kamenogorsk. :-)
