I am opening a pizzeria and searching for Italian food importers/distributors that I can purchase ingredients for my restaurant.

Very good, high protein (gluten) content flour (Australian or Italian bread flour), and San Marzano tinned tomato sauce. Also, possibly cheese and pasta.
