I'm unable to transfer without my new passport, what to do?

Sorry but there is no quick way to get a new passport.

i think you don't have much choice, you'll have to wait for your passport. next i think you'll work forward to get a new before it expires may be when for leave. Saudi Arabia is not a very good place to miss such papers. be strong, it will come. one month is nothing regarding 6 months we have to wait in Congo.

As to alsagisi, I don't know what you meant with transfer. If you meant bank transfer, you could always request assistance of someone to transfer the money for you, even if it is with a fee.

If you meant to travel, I don't think you have much you could do about this, unless if you spoke with Embassy, which I would believe will not expedite the process for a non-emergency case.
