Mr.Vocalista

helo guys, im just thinking of having a checkup this week. because i always feel exhausted and dizzy (i dont know if it is headache or what) it feels like there is something or someone is grabbing my flesh inside of my head. this happens every afternoon to evening. do you have any idea where hospital to go and who/what kind of doctor should i see? and where hospital to go?

JasfurJQ

Bro, Your company should give you a health card that is valid only to the company prefered hospitals or clinic with a miminum amount of expenses, you seems have a good company so why don't you ask any assistant from them for sure someone will even give you a ride without spending any of your cash, Just saying ;), goodluck.

Mr.Vocalista

thank you for the reply, yes i have a healthcard i can go any hospital except for the hospitals for locals. do you know hospital which is good? because ive been in a hospital here and it is really a bad experience for me..

myyams

You should go first to a Family Practice doctor. There are some good ones at King Faisal Hospital.

not sure if king faisal accepts expats--- if you want big hospitals, soliman fakeeh in palestine St. (falesteen), havent' heard of anything negative about the saudi german hosp as of yet, if its nearer, go there...

also GNP in salama district, they accept health cards, not as big as the others, but less patients, so you might get more attention. hahaha,

DrHassanMalik

get your blood pressure measured and write down 3 consecutive readings somewhere every alternate day

Dr.Rex

Check your insurance hospitals list if et includes "Erfan" Hospital or IMC, if so,this is where you have to go to, there was some gabbling about "Erfan", but realy as King Faisal Hospital Consultant i am pretty sure that they have the best Doctors in Jeddah, IMC as well, and for your own good i am not recommending SGH or GNP at all.

I just wanted to follow up to this as my information I gave would not help you.  I apologize for that.

King Faisal won't accept just a walk in. It's not really a matter of being an expat or local. For admission there, you have to get a referral and has to approved by a ministry hospital.  King Faisal is a tertiary care center, handling more complicated case as well.  If someone is an employee or dependent of one, then that's a different case.

Sorry for the confusion and so I just wanted to clarify to prevent any hardship.

You should still start with a Family Practice Dr. Your issue could be nothing or it could need attention.

Hope you get better though.

thanks
