Roboseyo in Seoul

Post new topic

roboseyo

Yeah, I'm just another English teacher, living smack dab in the middle of downtown Seoul, Korea, but I've been here a long time, and I love to talk about the things that make me happy (and there are many).

Wonder is one of the best states of mind out there, and Seoul can really be wonder-full.  Hope you enjoy my take on Korea, Seoul, and life.

Seoul is a great city, even if sometime (especially on week-end) the traffic is killing, I loved living there. We'll go back someday to show his place of birth to my son.

Nice reading you ;)

these days I live right smack in the middle of the downtown, so I love that depending on which direction I choose, I can go to a park where old folks hang out, a peaceful shrine that's also a UNESCO world heritage site, a fashion center, an artificial stream and beauty restoration project, a gorgeous palace, a quaint village of old-style Korean houses, or a traditional artisan's market.

there's amazing food here, and the sheer number of people makes it lively and exciting and exhilirating to hang out here.  It's a people watcher's paradise.

Yes Seoul is a nice city to live in, even if it is harder to get visa to work here because of the new rules : check this article : http://www.korea4expats.com/article-new … -2007.html

Cheers,

Peter
