Salary Structure in Ireland

MountainViolet

Hello,
I have a general question on salary structures in Ireland. When employers or agencies advertise the salary information, does it usually include bonus or just the base salary. I interviewed for a job and had a certain figure in mind for a base salary and was very amazed to find out when they made the offer that the base salary was lower than my expectation but with the bonus, it came up to my desired gross figure.
Thanks.

Well usually companies present expected salary in classifieds.
once they recruit you or made there mind they want to negotiate with you on salary and bonus etc.
It depends upon your past working experience whether you get the mentioned salary or less than that and if you have a exceptional career background you might get more than the mentioned one but it is very rare.
