Looking for help!

I’m thinking of moving to San Jose and I have I guess a few basic start up questions.
Any help you give me would be great thanks.
Which realtors are best for local housing as well as renting?
Which phone companies are best?
Which gyms are the best value for money?
What are the major Banks?
What is the best way to get around?
Anyone know where you can get the best deals on Currency Exchange?

Thanks again.

In San Jose, Best rent for a whole year before you buy. The weather is a challenge. Use craigslist.org to locate a rental. There are some very good long term housing units. Mobile phone best reception is AT&T. Best major bank is Wells Fargo. Best exchange rate is through ATM. You will need a car and a good map to get around. Public transportation is not good or safe. GPS navigation will get you totally lost. I belonged to Bally's gym when I lived there. Good luck. Be safe. Susan

I agree, craigslist for rental. AT & T.  I think best bank is Citibank. Car is best for transport outside of commuting times.
