hi everyone! i'll be moving to casablanca at the beginning of oct for work & this will be my 1st time in morocco. i'll immediately need to hit the ground looking for a place to rent when i arrive, but i'm unfamiliar with casa. i would be very grateful for any recommendations on neighborhoods to search in & info on rental rates. any additional info regarding renting in casa will be greatly appreciated also!

cheers,

Hi,

You can look for appt in Maarif, Gauthier, Racine, Quartier des Hopitaux.
The rental rates are between 4000 - 10000 dirhams, depending on the neighborhood and the size of the appartment

Good luck

thanks for the link nourdidine, but i'm going to need something long-term and the hotels in this link are for very short stays. it's also quite a bit out of my budget. if i calculated correctly, the max i can spend per month on rent is 4,000 dirhams - preferably less is better. cheers!
