Marriage on a Umera visa .

Post new topic

minmax

hi there ,

i have a quite complicated question. I am a Pakistani living in Saudi Arabia - Jeddah . And planning to marry a Muslim Girl who is living in Indonesia.

My Questions are :

- Is the Nikh / marriage  possible in Saudi , if she comes on a Umera visa with her brother . (Her family is not in good relationship with their father)

- Once we get the marriage certificate. From where it should be attested (Indonesia or Pakistan), so she can come back on a family visa.

- There are many complications if we need to marry in Pakistan or Indonesia. Where else the marriage is possible ? so that we can use that certificate to get a family visa issued in Saudi .

Has any one been through this route :) ?

thanks much for helping .

1- Only iqama holders (both) can perform an official Nikah obtaining the marriage certificate,

2- NA.

3- Consider Bahrain or Cyprus,

Thanks for the reply . but a friend of mine got an official Marriage certificate from Pakistani Consulate in Jeddah.

The girl visited on umera visa with her parents . they did the  Nikah in Pak-consulate - Jeddah .

As I know, they don't do it anymore. It's better to check with them directly.

by the way ... it is "Jazaak Allah",
not Zajaak Allah which mean may Allah punish you.
