Getting Family Visa after changing Profession

Hi,

I am expecting to have visa from my company in couple of weeks. They said which ever profession they get, they will give me the visa n later I cam change the profession to bring my family. someone told me that after changing the profession, I can bring my family after 2 years only. Is that right? Please help me in this regard.

Family visa office changes rules fast. The max duration you'll have to wait would be 6 months (based on my experience of many different cases since yearsss) and that's only if you are out of luck. Most people didn't have to wait.
