Processing Time for Training Visa and Living in HK

hey,
if some one can tell me about the processing time of a training visa,
i have heard it takes more than 4-6weeks.
Canit be done before that, I will be joining a firm for internship in mid-may. How shud i find a suitable decent accomodation for 2 months?

hy guys can someone please do me a favour to tell me is there is any agency in Pakistan who can help me to get any country 's hotel visa as I have five years working experience of hotel in Europe thanks now I am in Pakistan and wana go abroad in any country if I get suitable job of my profession
