dearest madam and sir,
thank you very much for your respond, actually my moms petion me for amerian citizen,but my mom died last oct 15 2007,and my petion was denied and alresdy close,i really like to go abroad like czeck republic,and specially i have friend in there,for work living,and i want my kids improve their talents and their future,i went to abroad manny times,like in china,korea,japan.malaysia.and on the ship star cruies, but im looking for a place where i can survive with my family,in philippines right now realy hard to have a permanent job because of our economy crisis,looking forward

My wife is a dual citizen of us and Czech Republic as are our children. That said, my company would Lillie me to spend a year in Prague given I can work remote. What is the process of my company and myself to get a visa and can I be an expat? My company is us based. Not sure.
