Hi all,
we are two Italians that moved to the Netherlands.

Our idea is to open a new food catering company to provide lunch/dinner services to the companies.

Is there anybody that already had a similar experience and can give us hints regarding authorizations and paper work?

For example: can we declare one of our houses as a working place to start? For the first months we wouldn't like to rent a new location, but make use of what we already have. My house has a big kitchen which could be easily used to perform the job.

Are there any costs to achieve the required authorizations? We know that to subscribe to the Kamer van Koophandel is free since Jan 2013. What about the registration to the Horeca office at the Geemente and the registration at the belastingdienst?
