Nha Trang apartments has listings normally from $400 USD upwards.

Nha Trang Accommodations rents units nightly, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly and yearly. It is a newer building with upgraded Western features. Yes nightly rates run about I think around $30 per night and up. But if you were staying for a month then obviously you would choose the monthly rate and not pay per night. A 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished with A/C, dishes, 24/7 security, elevators bla bla bla is only $600 per month and that my friend is a far cry from New York City rates.

Nha Trang Center has units starting from $1200 USD per month

CondeNeste units start at $1800 USD per month

Havana (Best Western Premier) has units also but I don't know how much.

It depends on how close to the tourist hub you wish to live. Anything in and around that area will set you back 500 bucks per month and upwards.

If you dont mind living a little bit out then the costs drop dramatically. For example, there are apartments at Vinh Diem Truong (about 5-7 mins bike ride from Maximark) that have fully secure, furnished and modern apartments for about 250 dollars per month, or 150 dollars unfurnished. I have a few friends who live there and are happy living in the area.

You could also look to flat share in a house which will cost the same as an apartment in the city center, but is bigger and you will be sharing the rental costs..
