US address or mail forwarding company

Hello, I do not have a USA address and I am looking into a couple of different companies that forward mail or scan it and email it. Does anyone have a recommendation. I am looking into Earth Class Mail.

Additionally, has anyone received packages from E-bay, or from on-line shopping sites including Amazon.com? Is there someplace I can find a duties list?

I've researched this as well. Earth Class comes well rated. U.S. mail does also, but will not deliver to VN. There was a thread on this subject back in AUgust of this year. You might want to look at it.
