Range of Validity for Pet Papers

Hi I need help regarding documents for pets:

Both International Certificate of Health and Letter From the Veterinarian have been certified by the Saudi Embassy by mid September. The date of issue by the veterinarian is mid-August. My departure date will be by November (3 months after the documents were signed).

Today I got a call from a pet carrier agent wanting to redo these documents. She seems sure that, even if I get an Import Permit this month, the other two documents will be too old by that time.

I had understood that only the Import Permit had to be 30 days old at the most but the Health Cert and Vet Letter are valid for 6 months. However, this agent keeps telling me that the range of validity for these documents is only 45 days.

Do I have to prepare both documents once again?
