holiday in Panaji Go during Diwali festival

Hello,

I have in plan a short holiday ~4 days in Goa during Diwali,somewhere between 01 and 09 November. I understand that Panaji it is one of the best area for a holiday, nice beaches and nice life in the evening with good bar and music.

Any suggestion regarding accommodation and nice places?

Anybody is plannign the holiday in the same period?

If you intend to stay in the city of Panaji we would suggest Hotel Palacio De Goa which is ideally located and decent one. We had paid Rs.1500/- per night in April 2013 but during peal season it may be around Rs.2000/- + and you need to book in advance. If you search on Tripadvisor.com you will find many other options.

Hi George,

You can also visit or stay at Calangute or Baga for good entertainment. In Panjim you can find Casino's. But in Baga and Calangute you can really enjoy.
