That's FINE! To each his own mate!  To close to 1 billion Chinese on the mainland, this source of music offered them solace, over close to 30 years!. During the day they listened to Big Deng spouting his propaganda and secretly, at night they listened to Tiny Deng, whose songs offered them a sense of life, comfort and warmth under those harsh and miserable conditions. Her songs were banned as they caused 'spiritual pollution'. Yet, there were those that placed their personal health and happiness as priority and above all, risk being caught to listen to her to find great peace and a slice of life's meaning in the lyrics.

Its a public forum, get over yourself. Your title states remedies for de-stressing and you got one.

Mark, thats about the only time of the day you cant be stressed out by idiots on the road.

Not true, if I'm out and about!  I like jamming in my earphones, cranking up my 'Teresa Teng' and driving very, very fast...

Take the 'BETTER HALF' (wife) and our niece (now 7yrs old) out for dinner, some games at an indoor amusement center for kids, and then off to see a good (3D)cartoon movie, lots of popcorn and Pepsi !

Alternative, give the 'BETTER HALF' the MasterCard and tell her to go out, take her time and go dress shopping.

Either way works for me.
