how albanians can be legal in norway..

many ppl  have told me that Albanians cant be legal in Norway exept if they are marryed with Norwigian citization and thats unbelivibel today i was asking in one ofice that healp imigrations in Oslo bec im here since 2 days and they told me clear that u cant be here for to work only for holidays since Albania is in shengen area,here can work only ppl that are part of EU..and iven that i was telling to the men that whot about other nations that are not part of EU bec i have seen here many diferent nations that are not part of EU hi still told me that for Albanians exist diferent rules made from EU and that we are having diferent rights comparing with other countrys that are in EU or out of it..

The rules are different for members of the European Economic Area + EU vs those who are not.

Is Albania really even in Schengen? At least the wiki page says it's not, but has some visa-free provisions with Schengen member states. The Schengen status isn't relevant when it comes to working though.

If you want to be legal, you have to have a work visa that is sponsored by your employer.

since 2 years iven that we arent in shengen we have the free visa to shengen area ..yes i know that my emplyment should geave me the contract but thats still hard that Udi can agree with that ..thanks for your advice.,

i havent left eny page of UDI but oll end in same conclusion ...you cant have a work without resident permition but for to have the resident permition you have to aply and for to aply you need to have the contract from your employer ..
