Hi,

I'm a single guy just arrive Riyadh15 days ago . I'm looking to live on a western compound and I'm willing to spend up to SR30,000/year. The 3 most important things in a compound for me are:

1. Good internet speed
2. Good gym
3. Good social life

In Jeddah, the cheapest place, a tiny studio, on a compound is for 45,000, so I suspect it will be around the same in Riyadh. Those from Riyadh can chime in and guide you better.

Riyadh is the same @trapezius
30,000/= won't suffice.

FAL compound is one example. I've heard the rate of their studio apartment starts from 60K/annum.
