Hi,

let’s talk about job opportunities in Munich.

What are the top hiring sectors?

And according to you, what are the most promising job sectors, which will keep creating jobs in Munich?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience,

Julien

Well, I'd say half of all people I meet professionally have done projects for or worked at one time or another at Siemens, BMW or Audi.  Working directly for one of these companies usually means you have a degree in engineering or business and commit a good 10+ years to the company.  However, I work in web technologies and see many "media companies" cropping up, growing, and failing.  Companies that say they specialise in marketing videos or SEO or graphic design.  It has been my experience that these smaller companies are often business/design graduates trying their hand at the web/technology industry.  If they get a contract with one of the big Munich companies and do well, they can stand to be in alliance with them for the next 10-15 years.  These small companies often need freelancers or part/full-time designers, coders and liaisons to help them grow.  But one flopped project and it can ruin the small business.
