In my opinion, sales are the most required. But, is not good paid.

Your 2nd question: Again: Sales. Specially for someone who speaks 2 languages because Cuenca has more retired people from other countries and now is necesary to hire someone who knows the system, the culture, the customs, speaks 2 languages and can explain and help the customer.
