I think chances are nil, too.  If they give another extension, nobody will believe that it's ever going to happen.

I don't see any point in extending the deadline one more time.

the matter with the grace period given was that  other sponsors made it mana habit again with  thier dessicion ..neglected not foccousing..then when the deadline comes and that was the time they move.and getting hoplesscase..

Undoing and correcting decades of non-following of rules by millions of people needs more than just 7 months, but no, they won't extend it again.

True but they already did it once. 

It makes me think of the SAHER system.  When they first implemented it, nobody paid any attention to paying their tickets because they thought it was going to be another thing instituted but then dropped.  However, it was NOT dropped and fines were doubling and tripling by the time people realized they better pay them.  I know a guy at my job who had to hand over his entire paycheck for that first month's fines lol  (his salary wasn't huge BUT losing a month's wages certainly taught him a lesson).
