Hi everyone,

I just want to ask is it neccesary to chamberize the empoyment contract in the city you work.

Our headoffice is in Jeddah but we have a branch in Dammam, Although the company has given us letter (Khitab) mentioning that our transfer & Prof. Change is in process. Its been six month since we have this letter. I have been told that my transfer has been done but due to the rush in jawazat office, they could not get it.

since i dont have iqama, i heard its mendatory to chamberize the contract or that letter given by us, from the chamber of commerce Dammam.

Attesting the employment contract from Chamber is not going to change anything or help your case. You either need to get the iqama done or get a new letter from your company , since 6 months old letter wont be a valid one any longer.
