Visa for housemaid in tripoli Libya

I would like to bring my house maid from Philippines.
She would need a residence visa under my sponsorship.

i would highly appreciated if anyone can help me with the following information.

where is the visa application center? location and address.
Can foreign expats sponsor a maid in Libya?
How much does it cost?

There are tons of Filipinos working as maids already in Libya, you can pick one from here. Why would you want to go through the hassle of sponsoring one. Plus I'm sure you would be asked alot of questions before a decision is even made to give you the visa.
