I want to know monthly living cost for 2 persons per month in USD.

It should include house rent, car, food & other basic expenses

Hi ,that would depend what part of manila you want to stay,what size house you will rent  ,what type of car   ,whether you eat at restaurants  every day or just cook at home   ,how much does it cost where you live now?.also most likely you will need to renew tourist visa every 2 months
