hi to all.i wanna ask if is it true that there is a new law now for egyptian people who are married other nationality but not legal,not register,an orfy marriage only.so my question is,is it true that they can now register this kind of marriage in shara akaari even the other person has no visa but has a passport?most of problem is that some of them has no visa,they made an application as lost pasport and got new one.and that's the reason why they cant register their marriage because one of the couple has no visa here,living illegal in egypt.

The Orfy marriage has NO legal validity. If you have no isa you will be arrested and deported.
Why they do not have a visa in the first place?

its because most of them leaved the person who made to them their visas,and when they leaved those bosses didn't give their passport to them so they get new one by the process called "lost passport" so this new one has no record in it because all the data are with the old passport left with their sponsors or bosses and they couldn't renew it either afraid that they might be arrested or maybe it won't be allowed to renew it for them by the mugama unless the person who brought them here are the only one could renew it for them.,,and also their bosses refuse to give to them their passport since they are "run away."

Hello,

You cannot register it,but when u want to return to your country, u will only pay penalty in airport, but they will not arrest you.

well I went to renew my visa 20 days befor it was up and the man said you have to leave the country and pay a 1,500 fine......I said why my vise not up till the 20 of March I just want to renew it ..... he said all visas were up March 1st 2017.....new law.......

so when I leave next month will pay the 1,500 fine.......new visas only for one month not for three.....but damn my visa was valid till March 20 that is not right

but is Egyptian way to get money ....my year visa was 89 EGP new 3 month visa 500 EGP new visa fees
