hi all,, first post on here, have been to bali a couple of times, and fell in love with the place, its people, and culture and customs.

my wife and i have booked our next trip for next year(cant wait):)

i,m retiring in a few years,or earlier

we have been staying at resorts, but after our next trip, mite try a villa.
thinking after we retire we should be able to go to bali at least twice a year and see what happens after that.

cheers

Hi Andy,

In spite of all the efforts by DFAT over the years since the 2002 bombing, (and even before), to dissuade Australians from coming to Bali, Australians generally top the list year after year with visitor arrivals.

In fact, each year, about 3% of the population of Australia comes to Bali.

One often hears from Australian visitors that it’s cheaper for them to vacation in Bali than to stay at home and vacation in OZ.
