Working in Ras Laffan -Qatar

Hello,
In a couple of weeks , i will go to work in Qatar for one or two years.So I have some questions .
Have you some advice when I will get off plane?
Cash in euros , is it accepted?
Is it possible to do activity the friday? although it is weekly day of rest.
Is there somebody , who knows the industrial city of Ras laffan?
