hello,

my advice is:
DON'T.

the cost of living is horrendous, canaques are agressive, caldoches condescending, both agressive.
zoreilles don't understand and/or don't want to be touched by their surroundings.

the place is fantastic, a real paradise, turned to hell by the greedy locals.

my advice is to retire in thailand.

7 times cheaper, cosy, easy going, the food is increadible, whatever you eat...
