Looking for a good high school in Salamanca (Castilla y Leon), Spain

Post new topic

Dorisita

Hi all, my husband and I are travelling to Spain for three months next year (April-July) and are looking for a good high school for our kids (ages 12 and 14). We have found a couple (Montessori and Antonio Machado) but are keen on other opinions. Also, I'm aware I need to get a certificate for them when we arrive in order for the school to accept them, and I'm wondering if there is any other paperwork needed? Finding it a bit hard to get info on this. Any ideas? Many thanks!

David

Thank you! We're travelling from Australia, so doing this for just under 90 days so we don't have to deal with any visa requirements (plus we can't get any more time off work :(   ). I also just read that for kids to be schooled in Spain they need a certificate from local authorities. If anyone has any experience with any of this, and they'd like to share it, that'd be great!
