It is weird to see that my world turn into a white and silent fairy world.
Weird because snow is a rarity in Jordan and special when this happened in the early winter season.

But for me I like it and this is the perfect way to get the Christmas spirit.
Therefor I listen to the Christmas songs through the internet radio.

And later to make an nice cup hot chocolate (not instant!).

WOW: sometimes life is really good!

I would love to see some snow in the usually hot and humid Middle East.

Same here in Israel.Snows have started to fall in the north.I don't remember a snow like this in the Middle East.

Snow in the tropics? Never ever. No, hell no.

For expats who miss snow and freeze, please be responsible citizens () and take a trip to where snow is.

Do not bring winter nostalgia in the sunshine belt because your dreams may come true ...

Last update: yesterday there was more then 10 cm snow falling and the public life is totally shut down.

I have never seen snow other than in films and media
I can imagine how people are happy to see snow during Christmas season.

Hi Mal,

Nearby places for you is Darjling in west-bengal(India) NorthEast of India
Jammu and Kashmir
Leh and Laddak
These are all in India and you can easily go there...
also in Tibet...
