Any new infrastructure going on in La Ceiba that would be advantageous to Expats?

great new shopping mall new expantions happening every were. A great place to be .For vacation or planning retirement.

There's a planned road coming from the downtown area heading towards the airport. some of the feeder roads have been started. I'm not sure an exact timeline as there are a couple decent size bridges that need built.
